Please don't be rude!

Hi all,i am sure you all doing great.

Has any yone tried the water  therapy from my last post.please do leave your comments,i would love to hear from you.

Meanwhile i keep thinking everyday how we treat one another(i am amazed at how rude some people act).

I am preaching we should all  learn and practise good manners and etiquette.

Manners cost us nothing; yet, earn us respect when we use them.

"Manners maketh the man," is a phrase not used much these days. The basics of etiquette have been largely forgotten by we the younger generation.

We seem to take how we relate to people for granted, those that have learned and practise the essence of good manners stand out amongst us.

The older generation may well remember some of the following:

Don't point - it's rude

Don't smoke or eat in the street - it looks 'common'

Don't talk with your mouth full - disgustingly, you may spit some of it out!

Don't shout - Keep your voice down

Don't interrupt - it's selfish and ill-mannered

Don't swear - it impresses nobody (it's the language of low lives and those with a limited vocabulary)

Open doors for the elderly and for women

Hold doors open for whoever is following you in (or out)- don't let it slam in their face

Use please and thank you

Don't gang up on anybody anywhere

Don't talk behind other's backs

Turn away from people, food and the phone when you cough or sneeze

Show respect for those older and wiser than yourself

Without respect and consideration for others, we are nothing but savages, dressed up in fake clothings.Let your attitude and manners be your overall garments.

Have you been in situations you wonder why some people act without manners?

Have you ever acted in ways you wish you could change?

Please share your experineces with us.

I would love to hear from you!

Water therapy!

Hi everyone ,
How has your weekend been?Mine has been quite good,i am looking forward to great week and i wish you all the same.
I read this somewhere and would love to share it with you all(my mum does this every morning)..I believe looking good should not be just on the outside ,it should come from within. That means taking good care of our health. From time to time i would be sharing some of my life changing health tips with you all(i bet you they are actually life changing if you try them i am sure you would testify to the results you get.

What did you start your day with?

4 x 160ml glasses of water?

Have you heard about the water therapy?

This is how it works

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning.

Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. Below are a description of use of water for all;
For old And serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute.
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days
2. Gastric - 10 days
3. Diabetes - 30 days
4. Constipation - 10 days
5. Cancer - 180 days
6. TB - 90 days
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine working our life.
Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active. This makes sense. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain..
.For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the coldwater will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. A serious note about heart attacks: Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting.-
Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.-You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.-Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.-60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.-Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware.
-The more we know, the better chance we could survive...Cardiologist say: if everyone who gets this to read this sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

Have you heard about it before now? If you have ?Have you tried it before? What difference have you noticed?

How you look!

Over the years i have come to realize we give a lot of credit to the way we look, dress and smell either conciously or unconciously. The society we are in is a highly visual society, image is extremely important. The way we look and what we wear speaks volumes about who we are and what we do.

Some people are quite particurlar about their appearance while some believe it's vain.

The truth be told we tend to treat people differently when they are dressed smartly and gorgeously,(i have noticed people tend to be more helpful, willing and courteous to me compared to when i am hapzardly dressed(some people are most time outrightly rude).

Your appearance is the very first and only  impression that some will make of you.

As much as i believe we should dress nicely and smartly,i don't feel comfortable when people treat and accord respect to others based on how they are dressed.

Are you guilty or have you been treated prefentially or shabily based on how you are dressed?Do share your experiences with us,please leave your comments and contribution.
